REDUCTION OF FRONT WHEEL LOCK

IBS reduces the front wheel lock even on slippery surfaces enabling the user to have a safe and effective braking.

ICREASED REGEN EFFECT

The constant use of the IBS system allows and implements battery self-recharging during braking, increasing the autonomy of the assistance in terms of distance.

NO MORE BRAKES PADS WEAR

The new braking system will use the motor power, consequently calipers and pads will last longer.

PROGRESSIVE BRAKING

IBS allows progressive and effective braking intensity, preventing kickback. The initial braking force depends, in a programmable way, on the speed at which you are travelling, allowing you to calibrate the braking as required.

The new IBS system allows drivers to use the motor power for braking. The user will have the option of using the mechanical brake for stopping, emergency or as a parking brake.

Less use of mechanical brake will reduce the possibility of damages.

The Intelligent Braking System (IBS) is programmed differently for the two driving modes, Normal and Sport.

In Normal mode, braking is softer but still effective, resulting in improved front wheel anti-lock.

IBS software is differently set up for the Normal and Sport modes.

Sport Mode: strength braking and shorter stopping distance. Enjoy the sport driving.

IBS can be used at low speed too. The strength braking is calibrated to the driving speed, IBS will Gradually brake at the hight speed, at low speed IBS will be less gradual.
